Game information was scattered across stores, news sites, guides, servers and communities. That was why I started Breach.gg: I wanted game discovery, useful content and community to work together in one product.

What we built and what I owned

  • Founded Breach.gg and led its product direction
  • Built discovery, aggregation, a personal feed and community capabilities with a team
  • AI evolution: simpler integrations in 2022, my hands-on AI API work from 2024 and coding agents in 2026

Why I started Breach.gg

I did not start Breach.gg as another content site. I wanted game discovery, useful content and community to work as one product experience.

Because I did not run paid advertising campaigns, every capability had to do at least one of two jobs: help someone discover the product or give them a reason to return.

What we built as a team

I did not build the early Breach.gg alone. I led product direction and team delivery while we worked out how to turn fragmented information sources into a useful product for players.

My responsibility was to hold the product together: what we were building, who it helped and how the separate capabilities needed to work as one system.

  • Game search and discovery
  • Content aggregation
  • A personal user feed
  • Community capabilities

The AI journey: 2022, 2024 and 2026

Breach.gg first introduced simpler AI integrations in 2022. These were not today's workflows built around AI agents; they were separate, tightly scoped AI features inside the product.

I have worked hands-on with AI APIs and real product integrations since 2024. In 2026, I began a different Breach.gg phase: rebuilding parts of the platform with coding agents and developing a multi-stage AI content system.

What I changed in 2026

In 2026, I began rebuilding parts of Breach.gg directly. I used AI coding agents for implementation and to check technical decisions.

The new content workflow detects relevant activity, processes collected text and media, produces summaries with links to the original sources and passes the result into the publishing integration.

We built the product foundation as a team; the 2026 rebuild and new AI workflow are my direct work.

  • Relevant-activity detection
  • Text and media processing
  • AI summaries with source links
  • Publishing integration

The result I can show

One of my saved Google Analytics snapshots shows 12,298 active users. I did not run paid advertising campaigns; growth came through the product, content and organic channels.

I did not preserve the exact reporting window, so I do not present this as MAU. It is a concrete Google Analytics result, not a claim about the impact of the 2026 AI work.

What I learned from building Breach.gg

An AI feature is not product value on its own. A summary is useful only when its sources are reliable, the publishing rules are clear and a person knows what must be reviewed.

The second lesson is not to begin with the most complex system. Breach.gg started with bounded AI features in 2022; I built the broader agent-assisted workflow only when the product task was clear.

If I started again today, I would narrow the first user journey even earlier and measure not only traffic, but also what brings people back.

I’m still building Breach.gg

I still build Breach.gg myself. Open the product and see how it works today.
